During the coldest snap we've had this winter, I noticed a small horse drawn caravan perched on the common up above where I live. I returned with my camera and met Declan. He described his itinerant way of life - how he moved around the country staying in a place for a couple of nights at time. He had no mobile phone and not many belongings, just the few things he needed for himself and his two horses. I always find it inspiring to meet people who shun modern life and live by the day.
